Extruder DATRIA EPDM 45-12D

The DATRIA EPDM 45-12D extruder is a compact single-screw extruder designed for processing EPDM rubber in granulated form and for the production of profiles from EPDM tapes. The equipment is supplied as a complete unit including the Technotrans teco ci 95 base 60 temperature control unit and an extrusion head with a die for the production of one profile from an EPDM strip, including installation of the technology and operator training.

Extrusion line DSL 500

Extrusion string line for the production of technical tubes from TPU and PA materials with extrusion speed up to 40 m/min for D6 mm , up to 15 m/min for D19 mm (depending on material and configuration). It contains branded electrical components, features high energy efficiency and PowerSave design for energy saving. The line is designed for the challenging conditions of 24/7 operation.

Regranulation strand line DSL 120

Extrusion line with output up to 120 kg/h, depending on material and tooling. Suitable for regrind processing of technical plastics (PP, PE, ABS, PA + 30% GF), typically from automotive applications. Equipped with a 45 kW Baumüller IE4 synchronous motor and branded components: B&R inverter, Dynisco sensor, Omron PID control.

Regranulation strand line DSL 150

Regranulation strand line DSL 150 with output up to 220 kg/h. Bimetal screw and barrel ensure long service life even with abrasive materials. Equipped with 45 kW Baumüller (DE) IE4 synchronous motor, outperforming standard IE2 motors. Features branded components: Schneider, Dynisco sensor or Osaka PID control. ETB heating zones ensure high efficiency and low energy use. Line control via Schneider analog or PLC system.
