We supplied our customer with the EnMa G300-300 granulator, complete with a cyclone and dust separator.
Designed for efficient plastic processing, the machine features a 7.5 kW drive, a durable Hardox screen, and a precision-engineered cutting barrel that ensures high-quality regrind.
The delivery also included a stainless-steel cyclone and dust extraction system, minimizing dust generation and ensuring clean, reliable operation.
For our customer, we designed, manufactured, and delivered a hydraulic mold opener for the safe handling and maintenance of molds weighing up to 20 tonnes.
The system is equipped with a high-performance hydraulic unit, Siemens PLC control, and safety features compliant with Performance Level e / Category 3. The project also included a safety fence, mechanical clamps, and complete system integration.
The result is a robust and reliable solution that simplifies mold maintenance, improves workplace safety, and significantly increases service efficiency.
We successfully supplied and commissioned an EnMa G300-600 granulator with a conveying cyclone for the processing of TPE profiles. Featuring a powerful 15 kW drive and optimized rotor geometry, the system delivers throughput of up to 100 kg/h while maintaining a consistent, high-quality output. The solution also includes a hydraulically opening cutting chamber and a quick knife adjustment system, significantly reducing maintenance time and service downtime. The result is a reliable and efficient recycling process designed to meet the demands of everyday industrial production.
For our customer, we delivered the teco wi 160 flex 250 temperature control unit from the flex.line series. This series is based on a modular system that allows customers to select the required parameters, such as heating capacity, cooling capacity, and other operating values according to the specific application.
Flex.line temperature control units are often used, for example, for temperature and water flow control in calender rolls, where stability and precise process control are essential.
The supplied unit enables heating up to 140 °C and a flow rate of up to 350 l/min, ensuring reliable temperature control even under demanding operating conditions.
For our client, we manufactured, delivered, and installed a single-screw extruder DATRIA EPDM 45-12D for processing EPDM rubber and producing profiles from EPDM tapes. The delivery included a Technotrans teco ci 95 base 60 temperature control unit, an extrusion head with a die for one profile, installation of the technology, and operator training. The machine is equipped with a Ø45 mm screw, a 4 kW motor with frequency inverter, and PLC control with touch panel.
We delivered and installed the EnMa C400-1000L shredder for our customer, including the conveyor and big-bag filling system. The powerful hydraulic press ensures stable and efficient material shredding. The project included full installation, integration with existing technology, and operator training. Result: a reliable and high-performance solution for increased operational efficiency.
Once again, we have delivered to our customer, a tire manufacturer, a complete set of feed rolls for a Troester rubber extruder, including the gear wheel and rotary head.
We delivered a high-performance extrusion screw made of nitrided 38CrMoAlA steel, designed for maximum durability and reliable operation even in demanding conditions.
We delivered and commissioned an EnMa G200-300 slow-speed granulator for processing PP and PE plastics. The compact unit (1350 × 910 × 700 mm), with a 3 kW drive and 50–60 kg/h output, was supplied along with full technical support and operator training.
Its robust design and small footprint make it ideal for operations with limited space and high reliability demands.
