We delivered and installed the EnMa C400-1000L shredder for our customer, including the conveyor and big-bag filling system. The powerful hydraulic press ensures stable and efficient material shredding. The project included full installation, integration with existing technology, and operator training. Result: a reliable and high-performance solution for increased operational efficiency.

Once again, we have delivered to our customer, a tire manufacturer, a complete set of feed rolls for a Troester rubber extruder, including the gear wheel and rotary head.

We delivered a high-performance extrusion screw made of nitrided 38CrMoAlA steel, designed for maximum durability and reliable operation even in demanding conditions.

We delivered and commissioned an EnMa G200-300 slow-speed granulator for processing PP and PE plastics. The compact unit (1350 × 910 × 700 mm), with a 3 kW drive and 50–60 kg/h output, was supplied along with full technical support and operator training.

We delivered a DEX 90 single-screw extruder designed for processing PE, PP, and PVC. The machine features Ø90 mm screw and a nitrided steel barrel. It is powered by a 120 kW Baumüller motor and a Zambello gearbox.
The heating system includes 5 PID-controlled zones with air and water cooling. Process monitoring is ensured by Dynisco pressure and temperature sensors.
Maximum output is 500 kg/h, depending on material type.

A customer reached out with an urgent failure of temperature control units, threatening their production continuity. Thanks to our flexibility and fast response, we delivered two brand-new, fully functional temperature control units within 12 hours, including on-site installation and commissioning. The customer was able to continue production without interruption and avoid losses.

We delivered the Plastic lumps cutter to our customer as a space-saving and cost-effective alternative to a shredder. It is designed for splitting polystyrene blocks (30×30×7.5 cm), but handles all types of polymers. The machine features a double-acting press with 60,000 kg of force, adjustable hardened blades, and a central hardened tip. Working area is 800×800 mm, with a 300 mm stroke. It comes with a robust construction, CE certification, and advanced safety features including electromagnetic locks, sensors, and light signaling.

We carried out the delivery and installation of the OPTI-MIX MK2 100 4E Easy Clean gravimetric dosing and mixing system for our customer. The system is designed for mixing up to 4 components with a capacity of up to 120 kg/h. The delivery included three material loaders, one of which was part of the customer's existing equipment. Thanks to its unique mixing system, each batch is thoroughly mixed before entering the processing barrel. The equipment was installed on an injection molding machine, but it can also be easily integrated into an extrusion line.

The services provided to the customer included delivery and installation of the system, connection to production technology, and operator training.

We completed the delivery and installation of thermal insulation covers made from advanced aerogel material for a project involving 12 ovens for tires. The focus was on high-quality execution, precision, and long-term functionality.

The project included comprehensive preparation, technical measurements, and custom installation. It brought us valuable experience and further expanded our know-how in the field of industrial insulation.
