Extruder DATRIA EPDM 45-12D
The DATRIA EPDM 45-12D extruder is a compact single-screw extruder designed for processing EPDM rubber in granulated form and for the production of profiles from EPDM tapes. The equipment is supplied as a complete unit including the Technotrans teco ci 95 base 60 temperature control unit and an extrusion head with a die for the production of one profile from an EPDM strip, including installation of the technology and operator training.
The extruder is equipped with a PLC control system with a touch panel, which allows precise adjustment of temperatures, screw speed and monitoring of operating parameters. Stable temperature control and safety features ensure safe and reliable operation.
