This time we insulated our customer's KAUTEX extruder in the Ceramic 40 variant. We can also use this insulation variant on injection molding machines, furnaces, extrusion tools, flat heads or molds.
Take advantage of our savings measures in your production! We present to you a demonstration of the effectiveness of our thermal insulation blankets with Aerogel material installed on a steam pipe and scanned by a thermal camera. In 1.5 hours, the temperature of the surface of the 12 mm thick insulation changed by only 15°C.

We insulated thermal insulation dies in the Aerogel variant for our customer.
We produce thermal insulation covers for injection molding machines, extruders, furnaces, extrusion tools, flat dies or molds. The inner fabric is heat resistant up to 700°C and the outer fabric is up to 500°C! This is an ideal option to reduce electricity consumption in your production!
Another successful installation of thermal insulation covers is behind us. This time we insulated exactly 34 extruders for our customer with thermal insulation covers in the Aerogel variant. We sew thermal insulation covers so that they fit exactly on a specific machine. They can be used on extruders, injection molding machines, flat dies, anywhere where temperatures are high.
For our customer we installed thermal insulation covers in the Aerogel variant on the Husky injection molding machine with an injection unit with a diameter of 60 mm.
The customer noticed a positive impact within 2 days and according to his measurements, the amount of electricity consumption savings is about 2kW per hour of operation!
We insulated vulcanizing ovens for tires for our customer. Energy saving guaranteed!
Scope of delivery: On-site measurement, production and installation. INCOVERS AEROGEL insulation used. Excellent insulation properties, the thickness of the insulation used is only 10 mm!
