We delivered a single-screw coextruder of the KOEX 25/27 s series to our next customer. The design of the screw and barrel can be customized according to individual requirements (bimetallic, hardened, with increased chemical resistance, etc.). Estimated performance is up to 5 kg/hour depending on the material processed and the tool used.
We offer all spare parts including injection heads.
We can also make this for you: injection screws with PVD TiN coating. The coating has a hardness of HV1800-2200, suitable for PC, PMMA, LGP materials.
