We supply screws not only for the plastics industry, but also for the food industry. In this case, these are hardened rotors with mixing segments ensuring homogeneous mixing of the extruded snack.

We renovated two bimetallic pin barrels D150 mm for the Berstorff rubber extruder, including all the connecting material and the final color spray in the shade according to the customer's request.

We can deliver injection barrels Engel in the diameters you require, taking into account specific requirements.

For extruder manufacturers, we supplied extrusion nitrided screws and barrels D60 mm.

Another extrusion screw, this time with a PVD coating, which serves to increase the resistance and extend the life of the screw.
