We delivered the Plastic lumps cutter to our customer as a space-saving and cost-effective alternative to a shredder. It is designed for splitting polystyrene blocks (30×30×7.5 cm), but handles all types of polymers. The machine features a double-acting press with 60,000 kg of force, adjustable hardened blades, and a central hardened tip. Working area is 800×800 mm, with a 300 mm stroke. It comes with a robust construction, CE certification, and advanced safety features including electromagnetic locks, sensors, and light signaling.
At the beginning of 2025, we successfully produced and delivered a high-end extrusion line DSL 500 for the production of TPU (PUR) tubes to the customer. The line is equipped with a single screw extruder DEX 60, which allows the processing of different materials thanks to replaceable screws. It also includes a modern Eprotec gear pump for precise pressure and process control, advanced PLC control with touch screen and remote management via VPN. The entire system is optimized for efficient production of 6-19 mm diameter tubes with extrusion speeds up to 40 m/min.
We delivered and installed a Regranulation string line model DSL 120 to our customer. This line has a single-screw extruder model DEX 60, a string head, a cooling bath, material drying unit and a string granulator.
Regranulation Strand Line Model DSL 120 equipped with a TSM gravimetric blenderr with the possibility of dispensing 4 materials, a Baumüller 45kW engine and a Zambello gearbox.
The twin-screw extruder of the "DEX 58/17d" series is a modern controlled machine equipped with a Zambello gearbox and a Baumüller synchronous motor.
We supplied and installed a cable extruder for processing PE, PP, PVC with Baumuller motor and Zambello gearbox to our customer. The output of the machine is max. 500 kg/hour with respect to the material being processed.
The extruder is equipped with a compact motor, PLC control and a cleverly integrated temperature control unit. This makes the extruder very easy to handle.
The complete renovation included:
-disassembly of existing technology at the customer's site
-production of a new extruder with enlarged PR assembly. 70 mm for example 75mm
-design of two optimized Screw geometries for processing several materials in cooperation with the German company Ianus Simulation GmbH
- New more accurate gravimetric mixing device TSM
-change of control from analog to PLC control B&R with Dextrusion software - control of the entire line from one place
- new drives (Baumüller and Zambello) and wiring
- renovation of calandric cylinders assembly, alignment, installation and operator training
Our company provided its service team for the installation of a comprehensive technology for processing rPET waste. The technology was produced by NGR Austria.
