We produce regranulation lines for production of standard granules and microgranules made of PA, PE, PP, PC and others. The regranulation line excels in low energy consumption, high performance and long lifetime of all used components.

REGRANULATION STRAND LINE - MODEL DSL 150 with extrusion performance up to 220 kg/hour!

The bimetal screw and barrel excel in high lifetime even when processing abrasive materials.

The extruder is equipped with synchronous motor Baumüller (D) 45 kW with high efficiency class IEC4 compared to asynchronous motors with efficiency IEC2.

Branded electro components Schneider, pressure sensor Dynisco or PID regulation Osaka.

Optimized heating zones made by German producer ETB with high efficiency and low consumption.

Analog or PLC line control by Schneider.

Cooling stainless steel bath including circulation pumps and a heating exchanger.

Air strand dryer with double drying effect.

REGRANULATION STRAND LINE MODEL DSL 120

Extrusion capacity up to 120 kg/hour depending on the processed material and the tool used.

LINE DESCRIPTION:

Grind from technical materials - most often PP, PE, ABS, PA + 30% GF (automotive)

Single-screw extruder model DEX 60/36s with evacuation. Barrel and screw D60mm with evacuation zone in bimetal design, which is characterized by high durability even when processing abrasive materials.

The extruder is equipped with a Baumüller 45kW synchronous motor with high efficiency class IEC4 compared to standard asynchronous motors with IEC2 efficiency.

Branded electrical components (Frequency converter: B&R, Dynisco pressure sensor, Omron PID control)

Optimized heating zones from the German manufacturer ETB with high efficiency and reduced consumption.

PLC control of the extruder - control using the B&R MULTITOUCH T50 touch screen, DEXTRUSION control software.
