OPTIMIX 200 Batch Blender

Opti-Mix MK2 - 200 uses the patented TSM design for the gate valve and the patented technology of mixing with the help of an opposing screw. This combination ensures exceptional accuracy, mixing ratios and homogeneity of mixing that are not achievable by any competing system. All components are mixed by weight based on mixing ratios on the microprocessor controller.

Each component is measured separately in a weighing hopper that measures and checks their ratio.
