Screws with PVD coating
Screws with PVD surface treatment stand out epsecially for their high surface hardness, increased chemical resistance and reduced material adhesion. Thanks to increased life of the screws (tools) = reduced costs for new parts and downtime due to replacement. Main advantage is higher extrusion output by up to 15 - 20 %.
