Pancake cleaver

We delivered the Pancake Cleaver to our customer as a space-saving and cost-effective alternative to a shredder. It is designed for splitting polystyrene blocks (30×30×7.5 cm), but handles all types of polymers. The machine features a double-acting press with 60,000 kg of force, adjustable hardened blades, and a central hardened tip. Working area is 800×800 mm, with a 300 mm stroke. It comes with a robust construction, CE certification, and advanced safety features including electromagnetic locks, sensors, and light signaling.
